About Us Academy International comprises a team of experienced language trainers and consultants. The Directors, Jenny Hayes and Andrew Grenfell have worked as language teachers for over 25 years. Andrew Grenfell Andrew has taught senior level business staff in Paris and Dublin in companies such as Electricité de France, the Korean Embassy, Banque National de Paris and Luis Vuitton. He was a member of staff at the European Business School (Ireland), was Director of Studies of the English Language unit Portobello College, Dublin for four years and ELT Co-ordinator for the Refugee Language Support Unit at Trinity College, Dublin. She is a member of the Institute of Linguists and has eight years experience of teaching Spanish at degree level. She is active in promoting links with European partners on a variety of Grundvig and Comenius projects.
